Schil de bieten en snijd ze in dikke plakken van ongeveer 2.5cm.
Tip: Doe handschoentjes aan bij het schillen van de biet om rode handen te voorkomen.
Gepocheerd ei
Tip: Het ei pocheren kan ook eerder, goed af laten koelen in koud water en op het à la minute moment 30 seconden opwarmen in warm water.
